Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with residents, their families, and visitors and provide personalized assistance.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, resolve complaints, and document or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Greet visitors, address their needs promptly, and guide them through mini-tours.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation.
• Provide clerical and computer support to managers and adapt to administrative needs.
• Contribute to a culture that helps residents live fully and feel welcomed.

Candidate fit and requirements

• Professional, diplomatic communication, problem-solving, and complaint-resolution skills are requested.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, tact, and professionalism are requested.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is requested.
• Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors are requested.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work or study permit.
• Applicants must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
