Resort location

• The role is at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a property with hotel rooms, suites, and multiple dining outlets.

What you will do

• Provide upscale guest service throughout guests' stays.
• Coordinate with third-party transportation, valet parking, and car rental vendors.
• Recommend local dining, shopping, and sightseeing options.
• Monitor service standards and guest feedback through observations and Medallia comments.
• Recommend short- and long-term service improvements through regular feedback, daily reports, and proposals.
• Use computer systems across Front Office departments.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-service orientation.
• Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences.
