What you will do
- Provide upscale guest service throughout each guest’s stay.
- Engage third-party transportation, valet parking, and car rental vendors.
- Recommend local dining, shopping, and sightseeing options.
- Monitor service and product standards using observations and Medallia guest comments.
- Recommend short- and long-term improvements using feedback, daily reports, and proposals.
- Use computer systems across Front Office departments.
What you bring
- At least one year of luxury hotel or similar experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer-service orientation.
- Guest-centricity and understanding of guest preferences.
