Proof of the Pudding is looking for team members who will be responsible for supervising food service operations at a variety of off-site catering events.

The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and comfortable leading teams in fast-paced event environments.

• Ability to work with new team members event-to-event to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage the personnel in one or multiple food service areas ensuring hot food is hot, cold beverages are cold, and speed of service standards are met.
• Delegate tasks in an upbeat and courteous manner. Follow up with team members and coach them on-the-fly while understanding there is not a one-size-fits-all method.
• Perform pre- and post-event responsibilities with team members.
• Oversee food operations while practicing and abiding by local and state food safety laws.
• Ensure completion of cleaning & sanitizing checklists, time-temperature logs, inventory counts, cash management, and other operational functions.
