About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join our team and work on a live, production-grade vision system.
The role involves developing, improving, and maintaining computer vision models and pipelines integrated into a real-time application.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computer vision models for real-world use cases
- Fine-tune and train models based on evolving data and requirements
- Work with video pipelines (ingestion, decoding, processing) for live streams
- Integrate models into a Python-based backend system
- Handle object detection, tracking, and region-of-interest (ROI) optimization
- Work with GPU acceleration (NVIDIA CUDA) for performance optimization
- Maintain and improve existing pipelines, including GStreamer-based workflows
- Support on-premise deployments and adapt models to different environments
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python and back-end development
- Solid understanding of computer vision and deep learning concepts
- Experience with model training and fine-tuning
- Familiarity with real-time video processing and streaming pipelines
- Experience with tracking algorithms and detection models
- Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA)
- Familiarity with GStreamer or similar video frameworks is a plus
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with on-premise AI deployments
- Exposure to end-to-end CV pipelines (data → training → deployment → monitoring)
