CompTIA CySA+ Trainer

About This Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced CompTIA CySA+ Trainer to deliver high-quality cybersecurity training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in cybersecurity analytics, threat detection, and incident response, with the ability to effectively train and mentor students preparing for the CySA+ certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led training sessions for CompTIA CySA+ (CS0-003 or latest version)

Explain cybersecurity concepts including threat management, vulnerability management, and security operations

Conduct hands-on labs and real-world scenario-based training

Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments

Monitor student progress and provide guidance and feedback

Support students with exam preparation and certification guidance

Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and CompTIA updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certified in CompTIA CySA+ (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of:

Security Operations and Monitoring

Threat Intelligence and Detection

Incident Response

Vulnerability Management

Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) is preferred

Prior training or teaching experience is highly desirable

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles (SOC Analyst, Security Analyst, etc.)

Experience in classroom or online training environments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR40.00 - QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
