Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• **2–5 years**
• of relevant experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or corporate policy development, preferably within the

• sector.
• Strong skills in drafting formal correspondence, internal memos, and policy documents.
• Background in Engineering is a major plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting corporate governance initiatives is an advantage.
