Compliance & Risk Analyst

Manages end-to-end process of audits, exams, and due diligence requests for Acheive businesses

Assists Management with response to reports of examination (ROE) from examiners

Serve as central point of contact for communication and any ad hoc requests with regulators or auditors

Monitor management's remediation's efforts of regulatory findings for timely completion

Contribute to internal reporting related to audits, examinations, and related findings

Identify risks and potential issues arising from interactions with regulators and escalate as appropriate

Monitor regulatory change alerts and related activities to ensure timely implementation of action plans

Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 years of experience managing audits, exams or communicating with regulators

Knowledge and understanding of the full audit / exam engagement lifecycle and the role that the audit and exam management function plays in the end-to-end process

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to facilitate and manage interactions and communicate concepts to senior leaders, regulators, and auditors in both written and verbal forms

High degree of independent judgement and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines

Project management, strong organization skills, attention to details and ability to manage assignments with limited oversight from manager

Self-starter, willing to take action without being asked

Good attention to detail; ability to produce quality work products with limited mistakes and discrepancies
