Compliance Relationship Officer

work collaboratively with compliance teams, neighbourhood colleagues, contractors, solicitors, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

support the resolution of access challenges through early intervention, clear communication, and practical solutions.

maintain accurate records and case notes to support compliance activity and audit requirements.

ensure customers are kept informed before, during, and after compliance visits.

contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer outcomes.

In this role, you'll help ensure customers live in safe, compliant homes by successfully securing access for essential inspections and servicing activities. You'll build strong working relationships, deliver positive customer experiences, reduce compliance risk, and support the organisation in meeting its legal and regulatory obligations.

experience building positive relationships with customers, including vulnerable customers.

strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

ability to balance customer needs with organisational, legal, and regulatory requirements.

experience maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements.

strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

full UK driving licence.
