Job Description
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws.
- Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions
- Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews
- Identify potential regulatory breaches, control weaknesses and areas requiring further review and draft inspection findings and reports.
Qualifications
- Must be bachelor degree in compliance, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years total experience in compliance within a Free Zone or regulated UAE environment.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze documents and identify regulatory issues
