• Tameed is the first Debt Based Crowd Lending Platform specialising in financing Purchase Order licensed by Saudi Central Bank, Tameed offers fast financing for your PO.
• Placed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• The main responsibilities of this Role are:
• Ensure that Tameed in accordance with the regulations and rules required by SAMA.
• Inform and follow up with Employees and stakeholders of any SAMA circulars.
• Create, Draft, and update needed policies.
• Ensure Tameed employees adheres to the internal policies.
• Submit compliance reports to the board and board committees as requested.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including regulators.
• Attend board committee meetings and executive meetings.
• Train employees on the policies.
• Continuous checking and follow-up of requirement documents.
• Supporting the AML unit.
• Archiving of documents.
• Execution of works assigned by the direct manager that fall within the field of currency.
• Record Keeping - Maintain proper records documentation.
• Compliance Monitoring and Management Reporting
• Assess compliance deviations and recommend enhancements to governance frameworks.
• Record Keeping and Maintain proper records documents
• Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews to ensure alignment across all departments with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with Regulators and Maintain close liaison with the relevant regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor of law
• Full knowledge of SAMA laws and regulation on financing companies
• Proficient contract writing
• skills in Communication, Legal and moral integrity, Analytical thinking, and ability.
• Google Workspace skills.
• English language.
