  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer Manager to lead our compliance function and oversee regulatory, policy, and governance initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure organizational compliance, manage risk mitigation programs, and foster a strong culture of ethics and accountability across the business.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the compliance team and related governance initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses
  • Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Maintain compliance documentation, records, and reporting frameworks
  • Deliver compliance training and awareness programs across the organization
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
  • Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to executive leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, corporate governance, and risk management principles
  • Experience conducting audits, compliance assessments, and policy reviews
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Professional certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
