Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Compliance Officer based in Dubai.
The Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by developing compliance frameworks, implementing procedures, and conducting regular audits.
The individual will oversee compliance risks, provide compliance-related training, and collaborate with various departments to ensure operational processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
Liaising with regulatory authorities and maintaining suitable documentation will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and policy management
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentation
- Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance compliance frameworks for no less than 3 years
- Bachelor's degree with attested documents and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and proactively manage regulatory obligations
