Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Officer role based in Dubai.
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to ensure the organization adheres to regulatory requirements.
Daily tasks include monitoring compliance policies, conducting internal audits, preparing compliance reports, analyzing data to identify risks, and collaborating with teams to address compliance issues.
The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant rules and standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge in Finance to analyze financial data and assess compliance with financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a compliance or auditing role is a strong advantage.
- Handled ADGM-DIFC companies compliance preferred.
