As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated **Compliance Officer** to ensure our operations align with Qatari laws, international standards, and company policies.
Role Overview
The **Compliance Officer** will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs across the organization.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to advise management on regulatory risks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on implications.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Train employees on compliance requirements and ethical standards.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari laws, industry regulations, and international standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, ICA) preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
