**Location:** Dubai, UAE (Media City)
**Salary:** AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month + performance-based incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive **Compliance Officer – Business Development & Compliance** to ensure regulatory compliance and drive business growth.
This role combines hands-on compliance work with client engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure AML/CFT, KYC, and UBO compliance for DNFBPs.
- Conduct client risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage GoAML registration, reporting, and risk assessments.
- Draft and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and sanctions screening.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of compliance or regulatory experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, UBO, and UAE compliance regulations.
- Experience in risk assessment, monitoring, or handling audits.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Revenue-focused mindset with client engagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
