• Listed salary: £57,330.00; no pay cadence is specified.

Location and schedule

• Role location is Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire.
• Permanent role, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday; travel may be required within the South West.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Hard FM compliance and provide reports, performance data, risk updates, and assurance information.
• Support audits, inspections, assurance reviews, and compliance investigations.
• Monitor fire, gas, electrical, fuel, asbestos, legionella, and mechanical and electrical compliance.
• Review maintenance records, identify overdue activities, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance records and advise operational teams on risks and requirements.
• Support risk mitigation and improve compliance systems, assurance, governance, and reporting.

Essential requirements

• Relevant experience in compliance, assurance, technical or asset compliance, building services, engineering compliance, or Hard FM.
• Strong statutory and regulatory compliance knowledge in a relevant facilities, property, defence, infrastructure, construction, or engineering environment.
• Understanding of fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella, and mechanical and electrical compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, data analysis, organisation, and planning skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• MoD or other highly regulated contract experience is desirable.
• HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering, building services, facilities management, or related discipline is desirable.
• Relevant professional body membership and experience with audits, assurance programmes, and risk management are desirable.
