About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen compliance operations within our gold and precious metals business.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, anti-money laundering (AML)
requirements
, and hands-on experience with DMCC compliance procedures.
• CAMS Certified (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in the gold, jewellery, or precious metals industry
- Strong experience handling DMCC compliance requirements
- Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC, CDD, and risk assessment
- Experience dealing with audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with UAE laws, AML regulations, and DMCC requirements
- Monitor and maintain KYC, CDD, and transaction monitoring processes
- Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors
- Train staff on compliance policies and AML procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
Preferred
- Experience in bullion, gold trading, or jewellery business
- Familiarity with goAML reporting and regulatory submissions
- Experience handling multi-branch compliance operations is an advantage
