Job Title: Compliance Manager (CMA Approved – CISI Certified)

Reports To: Head of Corporate Stratagy and Governance
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Compliance Manager with mandatory CMA approval and CISI certification to ensure the organization’s full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
The role requires strong expertise in financial regulations, risk management, and governance, along with the ability to interact effectively with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with CMA regulations and all applicable financial laws and guidelines
Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization
Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and internal audits
Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Provide compliance advisory support to business units and senior management
Deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the organization
Investigate regulatory breaches and ensure timely resolution and reporting
Prepare and submit accurate regulatory filings and reports
Maintain proper documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections
Mandatory: CISI Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CRCM are an advantage
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance within financial services (FX Brokerages, investment firms, asset management, or banking)
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High ethical standards and attention to detail
