This temporary remote Volunteer role supports various projects and daily operations within SJS International’s cosmetics and beauty business.
Volunteers may assist with online research, data entry, content organization, and basic administrative tasks to help teams remain efficient and informed.
The role can also include supporting social media activities, preparing simple reports, and coordinating with team members via email and virtual meetings.
Volunteers are expected to manage their own schedule within agreed timelines, maintain clear communication, and follow organizational guidelines and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform online research, organize information, and prepare clear summaries or basic reports.
- Comfort with digital tools such as email, office productivity software, and collaboration platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors, video calls).
- Strong communication skills, including clear written communication and professional virtual interaction with team members.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Interest in the cosmetics and beauty industry; prior exposure to retail, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to respectful, inclusive behavior and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Willingness to learn quickly, follow instructions, and adapt to changing project needs.
