About You
Treasury is seeking a Compliance Inspector to join the Liquor and Gaming Branch in Launceston. You will support the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission and the Commissioner for Licensing through inspections, audits and investigations that help ensure liquor and gaming activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The role offers a unique opportunity to apply your investigative, analytical and communication skills in a regulatory environment that contributes to community confidence in Tasmania's liquor and gaming industries.

About the Branch
The Liquor and Gaming Branch supports the Commissioner for Licensing and the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission in their regulatory functions under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 and the Gaming Control Act 1993 . The branch also provides advice to government on liquor and gaming policy, collects gaming taxes and forecasts revenue for the State Budget.
Hours per fortnight
Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.
