Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Officer to join our insurance brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly UAE regulations, and support the company’s risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE rules and regulations applicable to insurance brokers
- Monitor and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Liaise with regulators and ensure timely regulatory reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks
- Provide compliance guidance and training to internal teams
- Support management in maintaining regulatory and governance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of compliance and risk experience in the UAE
- Experience working in an insurance broker environment is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of CBUAE regulations
- Bachelor’s degree with UAE Equivalency Certificate (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AML, sanctions, and regulatory reporting frameworks
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
