Compliance & AML Specialist
Alpha Arabia Finance Company is looking for a Compliance & AML Specialist to join our Compliance & AML Department.
Alpha Arabia is a finance company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) since February 2024, operating in consumer finance, SME finance, and finance lease.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of SAMA regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing compliance, AML/CTF, and regulatory reports.
- Monitor SAMA circulars and follow up on required actions with relevant departments.
- Handle communication and coordination with supervisory and regulatory authorities when required.
- Assist in AML/CTF and counter-proliferation financing activities, including screening, monitoring, and escalation of alerts.
- Maintain compliance trackers, regulatory registers, and supporting evidence.
- Support compliance reviews, awareness activities, and follow-up on action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or any related field.
- Entry-level to junior professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Compliance and/or AML, preferably within the financial sector.
- Good knowledge of SAMA regulations and AML/CTF requirements.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and communication with supervisory authorities is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
