The Maples Group is seeking a Dubai-based Compliance Analyst to support its Compliance Team.
The Compliance Analyst reports to the Compliance Officer and supports routine KYC activities in the Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice, assistance, and guidance for routine KYC activities.
- Identify, assess, and address KYC issues requiring escalation.
- Review KYC documentation and follow up on KYC requests where applicable.
- Ensure KYC information is obtained efficiently.
- Apply KYC policies and approved KYC methods correctly.
- Help maintain KYC non-compliance within required parameters.
- Monitor KYC materials for quality and address deficiencies under risk-based review procedures.
- Report queries and identified trends regularly to the Head of Compliance.
- Handle other compliance-related queries as assigned.
What you bring
- 2–3 years of relevant KYC experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, teamwork, self-motivation, and responsibility.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- High ethical standards and autonomy.
