Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Complaints & Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client complaints efficiently while supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Support daily operations and ensure workflow accuracy.
• Monitor service quality and suggest improvements where required.
• Prepare complaint reports and operational performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Assist management with coordination and administrative support tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, or operations support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Malayalam and Hindi language skills preferred.
