  • A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $135k-175k. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with compensation methodology and analysis.
  • Experience working in a large, global professional services firm desired.
  • Experience with creating reports and extracting and analyzing data from an HRIS system.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Sense of urgency and confidentiality.
  • CCP Certification preferred.
  • Incentive Plan design experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience at a highly acquisitive firm / M&A integration experience highly preferred.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
