About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
The successful candidate will ensure that remuneration strategies remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while supporting employee engagement and retention.
This role is ideal for a human resources professional with expertise in compensation planning, benefits administration, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation reviews.
- Design and administer salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and reward frameworks.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness, and retirement-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal compensation policies.
- Lead annual salary review and performance-based compensation processes.
- Conduct job evaluations and grading exercises across the organization.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
- Manage compensation budgets and reward-related forecasting activities.
- Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to reward programs.
- Support HR transformation and people strategy initiatives related to total rewards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, HR operations, or reward management roles.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary surveys, and reward frameworks.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and workforce analytics tools.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, GRP (Global Remuneration Professional), or equivalent are advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are highly desirable.
- Experience working within multinational or regional organizations is preferred.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Job Evaluation, including role analysis, grading, and alignment with internal equity and market benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits, including vendor coordination and compliance with local regulations.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation and benefits data, prepare reports, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant HR or compensation certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS and spreadsheet tools, and comfort working with numbers, models, and benchmarking data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a managerial or lead role within HR, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
