Part-time, hybrid Compensation & Benefits Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.

Design and maintain compensation structures and benefits programs that support organizational goals and comply with local regulations.

Conduct job evaluations and analyze market data.
Advise on salary reviews and manage employee benefits administration.
Collaborate with leadership and HR to develop policies and communicate compensation and benefits to employees.
Promote fair and consistent practices.
Monitor program effectiveness, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to engagement and retention.

Skills in job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, and employee benefits.
Ability to design and maintain compensation structures aligned with organizational strategy and market benchmarks.
Relevant experience in HR or total rewards, preferably in professional services, design, or construction.
Strong analytical, Excel, and data reporting skills, including interpreting compensation surveys and market trends.
Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and compensation-related regulations is highly beneficial.
Professional HR or compensation certifications are an advantage.
