Role description
The description identifies the role as an Owner providing strategic leadership and oversight of operations, finances, and client relationships.
Part-time remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Set business goals, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with relevant real estate, title, and escrow regulations.
- Oversee key business processes and support business development initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with real estate and lending partners.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery, manage risk, and uphold customer experience standards.
- May make high-level decisions about staffing, technology investments, and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in business ownership, leadership, or executive management within real estate, title, escrow, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and settlement services, including Arizona regulatory and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely part-time with self-management, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with business development, sales, or marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration, document management, and transaction processing.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
