Qualifications

• Strong background in branding, marketing, or creative direction, including rebranding projects for social media, websites, and pitch decks.
• Experience leading remote teams or freelancers, managing workflows, and overseeing multiple projects.
• Business management skills, including basic financial oversight, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with common branding and design tools, such as website builders, presentation software, and design platforms.
• Proactive, self-directed, organized, and comfortable making decisions with limited supervision.
• Agency, consulting, or entrepreneurial experience is beneficial; related education or certifications are a plus.
