Role overview
Oversee the strategic direction, operations, and academic services of the organization in a part-time, remote capacity.
Coordinate services supporting students and professionals with final projects, dissertations, and theses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine service offerings; manage relationships with universities, Grandes Écoles, and professional partners.
- Coordinate project support and supervise project design and methodology guidance.
- Maintain research-support quality standards and oversee mentoring documentation, templates, and resources.
- Manage marketing and outreach, respond to client inquiries, and ensure effective, inclusive remote collaboration.
- Monitor financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and uphold ethical and academic integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience in academic supervision or mentoring, including research topics, methodology, and report structuring.
- Project management, organization, and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects.
- Background in higher education, training, or professional development; familiarity with university and Grandes Écoles systems is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Comfort with remote-work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and basic office software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and skills in business development, networking, and partnership management.
- Commitment to academic ethics, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory practices.
- A Master’s or PhD in education, business, social sciences, or a related field is highly beneficial.
