Part-time hybrid Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator role based in Dubai, with on-site work and flexibility to work from home.

Analyzes positions and compensation data to support fair and competitive pay practices while coordinating benefits administration and communication.

Conduct job analyses, prepare and maintain compensation structures, and support job evaluations.
Assist with implementing compensation policies.
Collaborate with HR and management on compliance with local regulations.
Prepare reports and dashboards and respond to employee compensation and benefits inquiries.
Handle confidential information, maintain accurate records, and improve compensation and benefits processes.

Strong compensation planning and management skills.
Proficiency in job analysis and job evaluation.
Experience developing and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market data and organizational strategy.
Ability to use HRIS and spreadsheet tools such as Excel for analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and pay and benefits regulations, or willingness to quickly develop this expertise.
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, confidential information handling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional HR or compensation certification is an advantage.
