Role description
Part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on-site work with work from home.
Analyzes compensation data, evaluates jobs, and supports equitable compensation structures aligned with organizational policies and local regulations.
Coordinates benefits administration and collaborates with HR, finance, and department leaders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and dashboards on pay practices and assist with salary reviews.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, documentation, and employee communication.
- Participate in benchmarking and market surveys and advise on compensation decisions.
- Support compliance with labor laws, update HR systems, and assist with internal audits.
- Contribute to process improvements across compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Ability in compensation planning and management, job analysis, and job evaluation.
- Experience developing and maintaining compensation structures aligned with organizational frameworks and regulations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including spreadsheet and HRIS proficiency.
- Knowledge of UAE compensation and benefits regulations, or willingness to acquire it quickly.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, including clear presentations to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical judgment with sensitive employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant compensation or benefits certifications are an advantage.
