Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analyses and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job analysis and job evaluation.
• Skills in compensation planning and compensation management.
• Experience with compensation structures including salary ranges, pay grades, and benchmarking data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with spreadsheet and HR or payroll system proficiency.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, labor regulations, and market survey methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional HR or compensation certifications are a plus.
• Experience in remote collaboration and ability to work independently across time zones.
