Full-time, on-site Compensation Analyst role based in Abu Dhabi.

Designs, analyzes, and maintains compensation programs that support organizational goals, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
Develop and update compensation structures and assist with planning across roles and levels.
Prepare reports and support annual salary review processes.
Partner with HR and leadership on data-driven recommendations.
Monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and refine compensation policies and procedures.

Skills in compensation planning and management for salary reviews, incentive programs, and pay policies.
Skills in job analysis and job evaluation.
Ability to design and maintain competitive, consistent, and transparent compensation structures.
Analytical ability, spreadsheet and HR data tool proficiency, and ability to interpret compensation data and market surveys.
Knowledge of compensation best practices, relevant labor regulations, and HR processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present findings clearly.
Ability to collaborate across functions and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
Prior compensation or HR analytics experience is an advantage.
