Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in child welfare, behavioral health, or a related field, including progressively responsible supervisor or leadership experience
- Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Meets applicable Wisconsin requirements for clinical and licensure supervision under Wisconsin DHS 36, MPSW 12.02, and Chapter 457
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming
