What You'Ll Do

• Identify and build relationships with influential community leaders, affiliate partners, entrepreneurs, business networks, gaming communities, and strategic partners across international markets.
• Develop and manage long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable community growth.
• Identify high-potential community leaders and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Organize and host presentations, networking sessions, onboarding workshops, and partner meetings from our Dubai headquarters as well as virtually.
• Work closely with the founders to launch and grow communities across different regions.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support to maximize engagement and long-term success.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure an exceptional partner and member experience.
• Track partnership performance, community growth, and key business metrics.

What Success Looks Like

• Within your first few months, you'll be expected to:
• Build relationships with high-quality community leaders and strategic partners.
• Successfully onboard and support new partner communities.
• Help expand CJC into multiple international markets.
• Create scalable partnerships that contribute to sustainable community and business growth.
