Responsibilities

• 1. Daily Operations for Reddit & Forums * Manage daily operations and engagement for the exchange's official Subreddit and accounts on crypto forums like Bitcointalk and Quora. * Actively participate in major crypto subreddits (e.g., r/CryptoCurrency, r/Bitcoin, r/ethereum) through high-value replies and discussions to boost organic brand visibility. * Plan and execute Reddit-native campaigns, including executive/project AMAs, trading competition promotions, and educational initiatives. * Monitor brand mentions on Reddit in real-time, track community sentiment, and address negative user feedback professionally, objectively, and empathetically. 2. Content Creation & "Reddit-Style" Messaging * Translate complex exchange financial products (e.g., Futures, Staking, Launchpad, API) into accessible, Reddit-native formats, including visual graphics, TL;DR summaries, and deep-dive posts. * Capitalize on industry trends, memes, and breaking news in real-time, combining them with exchange products to produce shareable, native content. 3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Feedback Loop * Establish an efficient escalation mechanism to accurately route product bugs, user requests, and customer support issues collected from Reddit to internal product and support teams. * Collaborate with other Social Team members (managing Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord) to maintain consistency across global marketing campaigns. 4. Data Tracking & Strategy Optimization * Track key metrics for Reddit operations (Karma scores, post engagement rates, referral traffic to the exchange, and sentiment shifts) to deliver regular weekly/monthly reports and refine strategies.

Qualifications

• 1. Experience: 1–3 years of community management experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry, with at least 1 year dedicated to Reddit operations. 2. Reddit Power User: Deep understanding of Reddit’s algorithms, Karma mechanics, Subreddit rules, and culture. Clear awareness of what drives Upvotes versus Downvotes or account bans. 3. Crypto Knowledge: Strong foundation in crypto trading fundamentals (Spot, Derivatives, DeFi, Web3 concepts), with a clear grasp of distinctions like APR vs. APY and Layer 1 vs. Layer 2. 4. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills. Capable of adopting a relatable, authentic tone grounded in internet culture and humor. 5.Resilience & Crisis Sensitivity: Able to remain calm under community scrutiny or negative PR, backed by strong communication skills and genuine empathy.
