Employment
- The position is full-time.
Community Management
- Build and manage communities across Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop community growth and engagement strategies.
- Communicate with members and respond to questions, feedback, and concerns.
- Educate users about the blockchain ecosystem, products, features, and updates.
Content and Events
- Create announcements, polls, discussions, AMAs, contests, campaigns, and educational posts.
- Organize and moderate AMAs, X Spaces, webinars, community calls, and online events.
- Support product launches, campaigns, ecosystem announcements, and token or project communications where applicable.
Growth and Moderation
- Identify influencers, ambassadors, KOLs, partners, and community collaborations.
- Develop ambassador and referral programs for organic community growth.
- Manage moderators and establish moderation guidelines where required.
- Prevent spam, scams, misinformation, and inappropriate activity in community channels.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Work with marketing, content, product, business development, and technical teams.
- Collect community feedback and share important insights internally.
- Monitor brand, blockchain industry, competitor, and relevant trend conversations.
- Track community performance and provide regular growth and engagement reports.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2-4 years of community management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, crypto ecosystems, wallets, tokens, and decentralized technologies.
- Hands-on Telegram and Discord community management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with moderation, conflict resolution, AMAs, Spaces, contests, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Ability to simplify technical blockchain concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with international and multicultural communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, Exchange, DeFi, AI, or technology companies is preferred.
- An existing blockchain or Web3 network is preferred.
- Influencer, KOL, ambassador, ecosystem partner, bot, analytics, scheduling, or reporting platform experience is preferred.
- Web3 marketing, user acquisition, and blockchain product launch experience are advantageous.
Performance Indicators
Performance may be evaluated using community growth, active members, engagement rate, response time, retention, event participation, referrals, sentiment, satisfaction, user conversion, ambassador participation, brand mentions, and community reach.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate understands Web3 culture, enjoys building relationships, creates conversations, and turns followers into an engaged community.
The candidate is proactive, creative, organized, comfortable in a fast-moving technology environment, and able to represent the company authentically.
