  • Community outreach — Build partnerships with senior-focused businesses including senior living communities, senior centers, realtors, and estate attorneys. Represent Caring Transitions through branded materials, presentations, events, and social media.
  • Relationship management — Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners and accounts. Attend senior expos and fairs, present educational seminars, and participate in community events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Lead qualification — Prospect new opportunities through phone, email, and in-person outreach. Serve as the point person for your team's lead qualification process and connect clients with our customizable service offerings.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management — or equivalent experience in a senior-focused industry
  • Familiarity with multiple sales techniques, including cold outreach
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn our CRM platform
  • Reliable transportation, smartphone, and comfort driving throughout the territory: Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Farmington, Hastings, Cannon Falls, and Northfield
  • Prior professional experience working with seniors or in senior-serving industries
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport with older adults and their families
  • Established relationships with senior focused businesses or resources
