We’re looking for a highly motivated Community Growth & Outreach Assistant to become an extension of our brand and help us build meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs online.
This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant position.
We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, starting conversations, building relationships, and helping turn engaged followers into webinar attendees, masterclass participants, and clients.

Community Engagement

Outreach & Relationship Building

Working Hours
- This is a remote position.
- We are especially interested in applicants from:

- Other locations with the ability to work Eastern Time hours
Important
You must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
A minimum daily overlap with Eastern Time is required to ensure real-time engagement with our audience and prospects.

Starting Position
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule within Eastern Time availability requirements
Compensation Package
- Starting compensation: $200 CAD per month
- Performance-based bonuses
- Commission opportunities on sales generated through your efforts
- Regular opportunities for compensation increases based on performance
Growth Path
- This role is designed to grow with the company.
- The right person may quickly expand to:
- 20 hours per week
- 30+ hours per week
