Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience which should include specialty/HIV experience or 5+ years of experience in HIV/AIDS or public health community-based organizations
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which include nights/weekends and overnight travel, with the majority of time spent in market
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Policy Health or Allied Health fields
  • Strong connection to and understanding of community needs, specifically HIV prevention or HIV treatment; with enthusiasm to promote new long acting injectables to key communities of need
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives
  • Demonstrated experience navigating, organizing and influencing key stakeholders, along with establishing community networks and pathways to expand outreach to underrepresented populations
  • Experience in defining and executing market development strategies
  • Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $145,500 to $242,500. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave. If salary ranges are not displayed in the job posting for a specific country, the relevant compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
