The Role

Leasing and Community Work

• Deliver customized apartment tours and recommend floorplans based on prospective residents' preferences.
• Share neighborhood recommendations and help prospective residents understand the community lifestyle.
• Follow up on every lead with tailored updates and outreach.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations.
• Create community enthusiasm through campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Support residents and colleagues in creating a better living experience.

You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer-service experience is required; real estate or property management experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.

Compensation

• Total base pay range is $41,000 to $57,000 per year.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week.
• Saturday availability is required.
