Care Worker Benefits

  • Excellent pay rates - £13.20 Per hour weekdays/ £14.70 Per hour weekends- plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates.
  • Types of hours available - Part time & Guaranteed contract.
  • Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
  • Welcome bonus - £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed

Care Worker responsibilities

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK . We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.
  • We will be offering a "Waking Night" role, which is where a client requires prolonged and/or frequent support during the night and the Care Professional is awake and working. A Waking Night shift is a 10 hour shift to start and finish at times agreed.
  • £132 Per shift
  • £13.20 Per hour Weekdays/£14.70 Per hour Weekends
