As a Founding Builder, you'll help shape YallaBizz from the ground up, gain access to a growing network of founders and ecosystem leaders, build your visibility across MENA, influence the platform's direction, and earn equity through contribution.
This is a sweat-equity opportunity for founders who want to build something larger than their own startup.
Our principle is simple: Ownership follows impact.

What does that mean?
Up to 10 Founding Builders
Earn up to 1% ownership each
Ownership is earned over time, not given away
Measured by contribution and impact
Reviewed and voted on by the ten selected founders
We're looking for founders who can contribute in areas such as:

→ Partnerships

→ Founder Success
→ Events
→ Investor Relations

Applications are now open.
This is an equity ownership compensation scheme with no cash payment upfront.
We want people joining because they believe in the mission and are willing to build, not because they are looking for consulting fees or advisory retainers.
This is not a full-time role.
We're looking for founders who can contribute a few hours per week to help grow the YallaBizz ecosystem while continuing to focus on their own ventures.
Equity is earned through meaningful impact on the growth and success of YallaBizz.
3-year vesting period and a 6 month cliff
Equity earned over time through contribution
Contribution measured against agreed objectives
