Community Activities Specialist
Role Overview
The Community Activities Specialist provides structured, individualized support to Individuals in accordance with their Individual Program Plans (IPP) and Individual Service Plans (ISP) . The CAS supports community integration, skill development, and independence while ensuring compliance with HCBS , Title 17 , and Title 22 regulations.
We are seeking a professional who is committed to the mental health and developmental services sector and skilled in working directly with Individuals to provide support in areas such as social skills, budgeting, self-advocacy, work habits, and community access. As part of our In-Home Day Program model, Individuals who experience challenges while in the community may return to their home setting to continue programming in a supportive and structured environment, as needed.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of full-time experience supporting Individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- 1+ year of experience supporting Individuals with emotional and behavioral needs
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish/English bilingual preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance (will be required to use personal vehicle to transport Individuals)
- Available to work from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pay Range
- $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience
