Role Overview: The Communications Trainee will provide operational support for core internal communications and engagement initiatives, especially on the One Chalhoub platform in alignment with KSA 2026 priorities.

The trainee will assist with content creation, campaign coordination, employee engagement, and digital communications while progressively building skills and independence, guided by a mentor.
