Description
- Amazon is seeking a creative communications (PR) professional to join our growing communications team in the UAE.
- You will be energized about working both autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
- In this role, you will report to the Head of UAE Communications and support both external and internal communication efforts.
- We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling that drives business impact and enhances brand reputation, along with knowledge of the UAE media landscape.
- This role is ideal for a communicator who can drive compelling narratives that resonate with consumers, media, and employees alike.

- Key job responsibilities
- Create and implement integrated consumer and corporate communication campaigns leveraging traditional, digital, and social media channels that support business objectives
- Lead internal corporate communications owned channels, creating cross-channel content
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and execute truly integrated campaigns across all channels
- Manage and coordinate with communications agencies to ensure consistent delivery and messaging
- Support content development and review needs in Arabic and English across press releases, talking points, briefing documents, case studies, and other collateral for media and internal communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets
- Create and track KPIs, coverage reports, and campaign effectiveness metrics to demonstrate impact
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional communications or public relations
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated communications campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in driving both external and internal communications
- Expertise in digital and social media communications
- Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and consumer behavior
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
