  • We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee corporate messaging, stakeholder communications, content development, and reputation management initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
  • Create, review, and distribute communication materials including announcements, newsletters, reports, speeches, and presentations
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, and operational teams on communication initiatives
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement and support relationship-building efforts with customers, partners, and external audiences
  • Manage corporate messaging, communication calendars, and content planning activities
  • Support public relations, media engagement, and reputation management initiatives
  • Coordinate crisis communication planning and response efforts when required
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and reporting
  • Stay informed on communication trends, industry developments, and best practices
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong experience developing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences and communication channels
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing multiple communication projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and collaboration tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
