- π― The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead and oversee all corporate communications activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing communication strategies, managing messaging consistency, and ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders, media, and internal teams.
- π Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage communications team members and related functions
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure message consistency
- Draft, review, and manage press releases, announcements, speeches, and corporate content
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, HR, and leadership teams on communication initiatives
- Manage brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication guidelines
- Monitor media coverage, public perception, and communication effectiveness
- Support crisis communication planning and response management
- Develop communication campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility
- Prepare reports and insights on communication performance and impact
- β Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong ability to develop clear and compelling messaging across audiences
- Experience managing internal and external communication strategies
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in crisis communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
